Paytm Payments Bank — not received payment

I have placed an order on amazon on 04th oct 2019 using my paytm saving bank account.. Order no was[protected]. Amazon have refunded my money for that order due to missing of that order. But still in my paytm payments bank's saving account money has not received. Now amazon give me referrence no 1cvhqwzm0000k19y48t0.
Please i request you to solve my issue and refund my money as soon as possible.
