Paytm Payments Bank — refund of an online cancelled order from amazon

Ill order a product from amazon store by giving a online payment of 559 rs but due to some delivery issues ill cancelled the order but the refund is not provided to me still i am waiting from 15 days, they said that they initiate the payment and it is a fault of paytm payments bank. They also provide me the final date as 29 august but today is 31 august.
