Paytm Wallet — Money deducted

I try to add money Rs.1000 on my paytm wallet on 24 of December 2016 10:20pm and the payment fail but the money deducted from my bank account and the order no is [protected]. again 10:23pm another Rs.1000 i try again the order no [protected] the payment fail again but the money deducted again the total money deducted is Rs.2000. i file a complain from my paytm account but there is no response i send and email no response is there anyone can help me for this case.

Updated by jyotikhanal the moment i post this complain i got a call from +[protected], he said he is call from Paytm, in order to resolve the case he need my debit card number and i ask him his name before i provide the card he just hangup the line what is the solution who to trust and and who not to trust. i read a comment before i upload and its mention that Paytm didn't ask any account or bank detail.
