I am R.Govindaraj.I resign my jop from paytronic network pvt ltd as on date 10.8 2009.Still i am not recieved my epf amount.I condect my office HR . But he say ,we already submet your epf pappers to bandra epf office.and he send mail with bandra epf office acknowledgement letter.I call some time and some number no response . I want my epf statuse and refund my epf amount.
This is Jitesh Jain from Mumbai. I am unable to contact any of their Manglore customer care no.[protected]/6088/6188/6288. Either there is no one to pick phone or you get an engaged tone.
They have closed down their Mumbai based Customer care center.
There is no regular distributor here who can recharge my account. Now there is one distributor who is asking for money upfront and telling will recharge in 1-2 days. But how can we believe him?
I have few recharge complaint too which Paytronic have not responded too.
Has paytronic closed down?
Can any one guide me what can be done in such situation?

Recently our CEO Mr. Roshan D'silva was fired from the board of directors because he made a fraud worth crores of rupees. And today the board of directors decided to shut down the customer care office located in Mangalore in a span of 10 minutes warning, All 50 employees are removed...

While posting the name of a company as SELLERS SAFTY CONTROS PVT LTD in the blocks specified for enquring the PAN card Status it is very difficult to post the name specified above. since the blocks specified are as LAST NAME FIRST NAME and MIDDLE NAME. How to conclude which word of a company to enter in the blocks??
I was working in this company as a CSR and they fired me with 10 minutes of warning... I did not receive my salary as well.. the top management is completely corrupt and plays dirty politics. I recommend people not to join this company if you are really concerned about your future.

I must agree with pradeep. I have been a recharge merchant, And I am very unhappy with the service the company provides. I have not made any profit in this business since I started it. All commission promised are fake. If any problems the CSR only ensures you that they will rectify the issue. But nothing seems to be working. The company itself is unprofessional, unethical and looks like a bunch of monkeys are running it!
I have a good experience with Paytronic, initially there were issues - but now a days I get very good support.As a retailer in Bangalore my business has improved.I use an sms called CALL for customer support and the response is quite good. Also the local distributor and territory manager visit me on a regular basis and resolve any issues that I may have.

I took the paytronic company's software from mira rd branch named Om Investment they are not giving service n we are facing many problems during recharge done by us through there software.
When we recharge balance get deducted from our balance but customer dont receive the recharge and our balance is also not refunded and there is always network problem as of which recharge is not done at ease.
We complaint it but there is no reply or any solution given by them.
