I have outlet of Paytronic Recharge I got problem whenever I log in the paytronics site (his site is intended for registered Paytronic Merchants and distributors.The IP and all the activities are tracked.

i, I would like everyone to know, with the situations that employees are facing with Paytronic. www.paytronicindia, com I was employed here for over an year. Recently our CEO Mr. Roshan D'silva was fired from the board of directors because he made a fraud worth crores of rupees. And today the board of directors decided to shut down the customer care office located in Mangalore in a span of 10 minutes warning, All 50 employees are removed without any intimation or warning.This is to all the distributors as well as Merchants who is attached to paytronic mentioning it is risky to invest your money in paytronic. Whenever you mention the pin is invalid you will never get refund for this because paytronic will ensure that either it is been used or it is fresh (cannot recharge it at all). I would request all the merchant and distributors Please avoid this company...

I am an ex-member of this company and what is said above is totally wrong. I was in finance and I can say that the company is backed by a very strong group. Also the MD Roshan D'Silva did not do any fraud but had some big disagreement with the promoters related to his profit share. The company is very strong financially but should improve the internal co-ordination. Everyone felt very bad with the sudden closure of the mangalore team but I think new management felt that since that was ex-MD native they did not want to keep that facility as staff was loyal to him. This is the truth and company has bright future if it concentrates on beating oxygen.

While posting the name of a company as SELLERS SAFTY CONTROS PVT LTD in the blocks specified for enquring the PAN card Status it is very difficult to post the name specified above. since the blocks specified are as LAST NAME FIRST NAME and MIDDLE NAME. I was working in this company as a CSR and they fired me with 10 minutes of warning... I did not receive my salary as well.. the top management is completely corrupt and plays dirty politics. I recommend people not to join this company if you are really concerned about your future.

I must agree with pradeep. I have been a recharge merchant, And I am very unhappy with the service the company provides. I have not made any profit in this business since I started it. All commission promised are fake. If any problems the CSR only ensures you that they will rectify the issue. But nothing seems to be working. The company itself is unprofessional, unethical and looks like a bunch of monkeys are running it!

I am fully satisfied with this company 'paytronic'.
Profit mergin is low but it's service is good.

I have a good experience with Paytronic, initially there were issues - but now a days I get very good support.As a retailer in Bangalore my business has improved.I use an sms called CALL for customer support and the response is quite good. Also the local distributor and territory manager visit me on a regular basis and resolve any issues that I may have.

dear sir,
I took the paytronic company's software from mira rd branch named Om Investment they are not giving service n we are facing many problems during recharge done by us through there software.
When we recharge balance get deducted from our balance but customer dont receive the recharge and our balance is also not refunded and there is always network problem as of which recharge is not done at ease.
We complaint it but there is no reply or any solution given by them.

recharges are not happening in paytronic from last 5 days or so its also becoming a bogus company beware before taking connection already i have a balance of more than 10, 000 in my account but i am not able to do any recharge as they say they have some problem without any prior notice. planning to lodge a complaint in consumer court many times have many problem with this paytronics network
