[Resolved] PayU — Amount debited but not credited to merchant(oneplus) | |
Order no(ONEPLUS STORE): M[protected] Bajaj Emi card no: 20304015XXXX1782 loan no(BAJAJ): 532ECFHA487279 I am facing issue related with a transaction done online on OnePlus store dated 8th june 2021 at 10.06 pm The amount of loan was rupees 40478.00 and after placing the order, it got cancelled at the same moment I placed transaction but the loan amount tends to be deducted from Bajaj Emi Card and Loan account got generated (532ECFHA487279). When i communicated with ONEPLUS Customer care they informed me that the transaction was not processed because of timeout issue at the payment gateway(PAYU). Inorder to cancel the Loan from Bajaj Finserv they needed a confirmation receipt or mail from PayU to be forwarded to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, [protected]@gmail.com regarding the transaction failure.
