[Resolved] PayU — pending refund for online transaction with transaction id: [protected] | |||
Hi team, I have not received the refund for the subjected transaction id for online railway tickets cancellation done through payu. The mode of payment is kotak mahindra royale credit card (Visa). I made the payment through payu portal for during the online bookings from my registered irctc account. The sms from irctc suggests that the amount is refunded but it is not credited in my account.
