[Resolved]  PayUMoney — amount debited from my bank not credited to bbmp

Hi i had made payment to bbmp bangalore for the property tax payment through their portal: bbmp propery tax system through portal: https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in/Default.aspx.

Tax amount of rs.4852 was paid from my bank account in idbi bank (Internet banking) using payu gateway option. My bank account got debited for the amount but the bbmp did not get the credit of the same amount. Transaction from idbi bank reference number ipay/eshp/payu/[protected]/wwwbbmpgovin001 dt.11.04.2018

Please reverse credit the amount back to my bank account.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.
