[Resolved] PayUMoney — Amount Deducted from Account Not Received by Merchant or Refunded | |||
This is to submit that on 12 Jun 2021, from the Airtel Mobile App i made multiple attempts to pay my landline bill and every time the screen showed and error and prompted me to retry payment which resulted in my multiple payments of Rs 588.82, The amount was paid thrice and deducted from my PNB Bank Account. The amount has neither been received by the merchant nor been refunded back to me. The payment id's are as under:- payu/[protected]/[protected]/Bill Payment payu/[protected]/[protected]/Bill Payment payu/[protected]/[protected]/Bill Payment Request reconcile and refund the amount forthwith.
