Date 29.04.2018 30.04.2018 complaint status update [id: 1941955]. I am not able to get refund from pay u & bbmp its already a month, if i visit bbmp office in btm 1st stage their is no such multiple payments done contact pay u or see bank statement for reversal In complaint status update id got reply from pay u : Please note that your txns via payment id - [protected] and [protected] are successful at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. Irctc ticket booking transaction faled but money is deducted from my accoutI already give a screen shot of my failed tranction history.my email id is abhirup.[protected]@gmail.com for further correspondance.please refund my money as soon as possible.

I had scheduled a technical call 4 times. No call backs . No replied to complaints. On calling customer care, they connected internally, and call got cut in between. On trying again, no response.
Worst ever. Instead of this, i will choose CC Avenue or some other provider
