[Resolved] PayUMoney — fraud transaction on credit card | |||||
1. On 05 aug 17 at 10.59 i recieved message on my registered mobile about that "purchase of INR 7, 899.00 on debit card linked to ICICI acct xxx103. Since the purchase was not done by me i immediately reported the matter to bank vide SR[protected], SR[protected] AND SR[protected]. It is confirmed that both the debit cards linked to my account are safe with us and no purchase has been done by us. I have reported the matter to police also at Dehradun. 2. I noticed that earlier another message had come on my mobile that " Your payment (Id[protected] of Rs 7899.00 for Buyer is successful. Contact [protected]@payumoney.com for more info. 3. I could approach payumoney site after few days as this site was not reachable through google for initial few days. On registering the complaint i gor a mail stating that my query has been assigned to Customer service team. The ticket number for submitted query is #PUMBUY-1070792. The mail promised to respond within 24 hours. However, they have not responded. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Ticket number from payumoney is #PUMBUY-1070792 which was generated after my initial complaint
We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id 159017072 is successful at our end. Please get in touch with the merchant in order to get the service delivery status at their end.
