[Resolved] PayUMoney — fraud website who cheated to custom

Dear sir/madam,

Around two years back, an unknown company who given the offer regarding the 4g mobile at lowest rate. Then i ordered for that mobile and delivered during 4 month but still there is no response came and my amount is deducted of rs.156 through payumoney gate way from my icici bank. Whose transaction id is:[protected].

Can i get it reverse? This type of fraudulent people can be stopped. Here i am attaching the snap short of transaction id.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I book my rail ticket and money is transaction by payu then I cancel my ticket but my cancel ticket refund is not transferred in my bank account as soon as possible I give you all information about the cancel ticket information

Added 2950 from ola money ([protected]) but same amount not reflecting in payu money but same has been deducted from ola money account, transaction failed showing in payu money.

Hi Subrajit,

Your transaction ID 7575695771 processed on 2018-10-26 has been refunded to your source account and the amount shall reflect within 3 to 5 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday). We'd request you to get in touch with your bank to get the status of your refund at their end.
