[Resolved] PayUMoney — money deducted for adani electricity payment but not received by adani electricity | |||||
Hello I had completed payment to adani electricity from payumoney gateway and had got a email confirmation from payumoney on 30th october. The amount has not been receievd by adani electricity and i also did not get any payment confirmation from adani electricity. I have been now charged late payment charges also as thr payment was not processed by payumoney. My payment details are as follows Payment id: [protected] Merchant order id: relpu11a34907981fb8130d6c Please refund to me entire amount including late payment charges which are due to payumoney. In case the payment is not refunded within 5 days i will approach consumer court in this matter.
