[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment failed refund not coming in my bank account.

I am pay money to lic housing finance limited on date 15/03/2018 at 7:52 am. Payment id[protected]. My money is deducted from my idbi bank account [protected] but after some time massage came on my mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) that transaction is failed. My money is not coming back in my account at 3.00 pm. Please see my problem as soon as possible.

My money is deducted from my IDBI bank account [protected] but after some time massage came on my mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) that transaction is failed. Hi, your payment via TXN id[protected] [protected] has been refunded from our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.
