[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment receipt

Hello sir, i have made a payment for my college exam fee at delhi university college website through payumoney. The transaction has been successful but i haven’t got the reciept on the mail. I need a reciept on my mail as i need to show it at the college for the proof. The transaction id is[protected]. This payment is done at 01/03/2019. Kindly email the reciept to [protected]@gmail.com.

It has been almost 11 days since one customer of ours paid 1.33 lakhs through payumoney. They are non responsive even after customer has provided Credit card copies and email to release money. Shameless, inefficient and fraudulent mentality. Not even responding to emails or calls. Will report to consumer court and police along with RBI
