[Resolved] PayUMoney — payment to policy bazaar for renewal. amount deducted but transaction failed | |||
I have made payment of rs 3431 through idbi net banking on 2/mar/2020 amount deducted from my account but tran failed. Informed bank and policy bazaar On same day. Bank replied that money deposited in payu acct no [protected] on same day. Policy not issued and hence policy bazaar Has to refund via payu. Policy bazaar informed me on[protected] that refund of rs 3431 by pauy id:[protected] bank arn [protected] req id:[protected]. Refund not deposited in my bank till[protected]. Urgent refund required.
