Proposal number: [protected] I cancelled a ticket from redbus worth rs 594.74 which they have have credited, but i have yet to receive it in my account. I received a message from payu money on 23rd march mentioning the proposal number and the amount but they have not completed the transaction to my account yet. Where has the money gone?
