[Resolved] PayUMoney — reservation for tirupati balaji darshan

I booked 2 tickets for tirupati balaji darshan tour conducted by kstdc. I paid through icici bank credit card. Date 4/2/2020. Amount rs 4896. Now kstdc has not received money.
Tickets booked in the name of ranganatha swamy m s and vagdevi a v. The website i booked was bangalore tirupati balajidarshan.com
I request you to kindly let me know who is the recipient of my money. If i don't get the service, let me get the refund

Hi Team,
I have done one transaction on 2 Feb2020 through Parents alarm portal. My amount is deducted from my Axis Bank credit card and its successfully submitted to PayUMoney account. But as i think not transfered to Parents alarm. My amount is 2774.28. So, please do any action ASAP.
