[Resolved]  PayUMoney — transaction failed but amount was deducted

payment id 14531818 payUMoney has failed on order no 27366585 & 27366583 on www.shopclues.com .the amount was 570 INR.i want refund .when i called their customer agents they did not respond to my call, even though i mailed them but still did no get any response.please take strict action against on payUMoney.
