First i have transfer 2500 to someones payumoney wallet then tge sane person returned me that money unto my payumoney and as per the yr t n c we beed to wait for 7 days for transfer wallet money to bank ac i waited tgen yesterday 23oct i have returned the 2500 to my obc bank ac from wallet but till yet i have not received that # 2500 in my obc ac. Wtf man no customer care number no reply from mail no reply on playstore review please dont take down ur company by this small issues kindly do the needful

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used

What ### u man ###ing service i want my money in my ac now or else ill police complaint about this no reply no ###ing call it has been 3 days i have nit got my money which i wss suppose to get it right away at the time of transaction.
