I have placed an order on Titan and payment was made via payu platform. UTR:[protected] Merchant UPI: titan.[protected]@axisbank Amount: 2295 Titan is saying it has not received the payment and my bank is saying amount has been credited to the beneficiary. Please check. As checked, this is a failed transaction and we have not received any funds for the same. Please contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account. I have confirmed with NCPI and Citibank that amount has been credited to titan.[protected]@axisbank. Please check the bank statement of your escrow account associated with with this VPA.
