I have transferred Rs 5000 on 24 th october and Rs 100 on 25 th October to my HDFC bank account. I have still not got the amount in my bank account. Status is showing as success. I have already raised a ticket in your portal. Ticket number is 01472548 and 01474562. It is almost been a week and my money is struck with you. Could you complete the transfer immediately. I was booking tickets through IRCTC and select option payU to making payment but txn was not successfully at 11/10/2017 but I not got refund till now on the date 28/10/2017. And not a single number of customer care is ansewring. I am very disappointed with your service. Please help me .
