[Resolved]  Payzak — Payzak cheater company

I have transferred Rs.10349 through Payzak. it was almost 10 days. but still its not credited to beneficiary account. now when i am trying to call customer service its saying switch off. I have raised so many complaints, but still no response. Please help me to resolve this issue. I guess this company is fake.

Hello All, This is to inform you that my issue has been resolved successfully and my amount has been credited to my account. I would take this opportunity to thanks Mr.Lalith who was in constantly in touch with me till he resolved the issue. He had responded to my each and every emails and calls and ensure me that my money will be credited to my account without fail. The reason behind the delay in my transaction was the submission of my ID proof which caused the delay, without submitting my government id proof i did the transaction which caused in pending. I would like to inform you all that please donot panic or hesitate to do your transaction through PAYZAK as it is one of the most secure channel to transfer the money from credit card. Thanks a lot PAYZAK team for developing such secure application, looking forward to do more transaction with you... Thanks a lot again for wonderful service.

We take this opportunity to inform that the above mentioned transaction is marked suspicious by our Risk management Team. We have sent many mails to check with regards to this but still we dint get any positive response. As per our policy guidelines without the KYC documents such as I'd card and pan card we will not process the payment. For us our customer security and privacy is main concern. Please submit the card holder I'd proof to [protected]@payzak.com we will verify the proof and release the payment or our automated system will reverse the payment to the card holder once cutoff time reached. Secondly our customer support team works from Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Our customer care number is[protected]. If you have any other issues you can call our head of customer support @ + 91 [protected].

IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED.

I have made an transaction of Rs. 5000 but due to some suspicious transaction the amount was not credit and now its being a month and the money is nowhere. I want to know the status? After sending several Emails and Calls no response from your end. Tried raising lots of complains on the PayZak webpage. I was told the money will be refunded and the refund process has started but I have not got the money yet. Please contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com.

Dear Sir,

Please share your contact details because we cant able to reach you to your registered mobile number and registered email address. And the address you mentioned in our application is not valid. Till our risk team confirms the transaction is fraud free it will be kept in hold. Once you give valid kyc documents we can sort out this issue easily. Please give us valid documents to unblock this transaction.
