I have done two txns on payzak on 28th may 2017, total amount is 170758, later i come to know i don't transferred fund to my own account. I asked them to refund amount back to my credit card. Almost one month will be going to over still i am waiting for refund. I regularly in contact with lalit, he always said that amount will be transferred today, tomorrow, day after tomorrow. I have transferred Rs.10349 through Payzak. it was almost 10 days. but still its not credited to beneficiary account. now when i am trying to call customer service its saying switch off. I have raised so many complaints, but still no response. Please help me to resolve this issue. I guess this company is fake.
