Payzapp — not able to add money in wallet | |||||
I am not able to add money in payzapp wallet since last 9 days. I have call to payzapp customer care many times and they are giving different answer like your app is not updated, specific bank card issue, wallet not active now etc. I have already reinstall my app and tried but still not able to add money. Every time it is time out after some time on authentication page. I have also mail to support team but i got response like we are not finding any issue from our end may be from bank side. But this card is working in all other sites and bank also denied that there is no issue in card. Even i have tried this card in all other sites and it is working fine. I am getting different responses from customer care from payzapp team. Please solve this issue Was this information helpful? | |||||
