[Resolved]  Payzapp — payment failure issue

Hi,

I already registered a complaint regarding my payment failure in payzapp account. On 1st september, i tried to transfer 6000rs from my credit card to payzapp account but the transaction got failed but still the money got deducted from my credit card.
Today is 6th september but i have not received any refund in my account till now. Noone has till now contacted me from payzapp team or hdfc team till now regarding this which is really saddening. I got a message stating that it will be transferred within 5 days but still there is no refund in my credit card of 6000rs. I have attached the screenshot of the payment earlier also. Please urgently look into this issue and refund it in my credit card.
