A- You can mail us at [protected]@peachmode.com or call us on +[protected] and our returns team will help you with the procedure to get the items back to us. Once we receive the package we will email you the full store credit voucher to purchase any other product from the website. In case you received a damaged product you will have the option to get full cash refund. Under any other circumstances we will give store voucher only. It takes 5-7 business days to complete the process of refund. Also, the exchange will be done once. Exchanged product cannot be returned again.
Exchange will be done only once. Exchanged product cannot be exchanged multiple times.

Peachmode — Color difference

I bought a saree from this site, which had a huge color difference. Again the next thing I ordered was a dress material which was again different and was pathetic color combination imagine dull grey and bright yellow.

I ordered 7 dresses i have received 4 dresses, but they have taken full amount.and their the phones are constantly busy.

Dress material is soo bad...n its nt silimar as picture given on ur site and i wnt to retrn dress n wnt money bck
