I had ordered a red saree online .The Peachmode order number is[protected]. The amount of Rs.999.00 is debited to my SB Account on 06.03.2021. But I get a SMS from Peachmode stating that the Order is not complete and to confirm my purchase. To do so I have to debit my Account with another Rs. 999.00. Please can you let me know what to do or please refund the amount to me.

      On 31st January I am booked a cotton white pant while order no.[protected] and payment made thru GPay, till now any product not yet received.. I will attach the payment details.. supplier is Tulsyan Garments.. your reply is that the order not complete.. but my account debited with this amount at that moment..please do comfortably

            I had ordered a saree from peachmode application (order number:[protected]. I didn't like the saree, so I have returned the saree. They have assured me that within 4-5 working days the amount will reflect in my bank account but it's been 15 days and they are not even responding to emails. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            I placed an order Order #[protected]placed on Oct. 15, 2020, 1:04 p.m.), prepaid Rs.2641/- which was cancelled before being dispatched.
                            I placed another order Order #[protected]placed on Oct 15, 2020, 11:55p.m.), prepaid Rs.3415/- for which payment was deducted from my account but got a mail regarding issue at company's end in receiving the amount. I made another payment of Rs.3415/- the other day i.e 16th Oct 7:58AM. This time the transaction was successful.
                            but at my end the amount Rs.3415/- was deducted twice.

                            This makes a total payment of 2641 + 3415 = Rs. 6056/- which peachmode has to refund.
                            I raised a complaint about the refund on 19th Nov, for which I got a response on 20th Nov that refund is initiated and will be revieved at my end with 5-6 working days. I got no refund and I reminded them again on 2nd Dec. Again I got a mail from them that they are looking into the matter. But I haven't recieved the amount even till date.i.e 12th Dec.

                              Very bad experience from peachmode. Quality of product is very poor and did’nt returned it back saying that the product cannot be returned. I added too many items from peachmode in cart for buying, but after the first bad experience itself i Lost my trust and i will not buy again from peachmode.
                              The product which i received is not good and poor in quality, the size is also different. When i tried to return the item, it is showing that the item is not eligible for return. When the customer care executive called me for the confirmation of product, she told that return the product within 7days if needed to return. A customer trust is more vital for the survival of a company, by showing like this peachmode is breaking the trust of customers.

                                        Dont go for peachmode. Very bad experience. I had ordered one top from them on 25th sep which no action taken till 15th oct and i had to cancell the order after followup. The amount was shown as store credit. I placed one more order which was delivered yssterday but very bad quality not worth the amount...when i was trying for return they refused to take back saying it was purchased from store credits...wow...they are thinking the store credits are not because of my money? I have the recording of the customercare persons interaction...v bad and i will not recommend any one this peachmode...this is hopeless ...looters of money...even the left over crwdit of my money rs. 159/- they dont want to refund.[protected]
