I have returned the dress but I dint get my refund amount back. Plz give my refund back as soon as possible

I ordered a Saree in peachmode. The product which I have received is not the same as shown in picture. The product quality is very poor...

I order 2 sarees . I cancelled my order 2 days ago but till now I can't get my refund amount

I want to return my last poduct. But I am unable to return.

Sir i have to pay the money in Google pay on 25 th Dec. But today the order delivery boy was told cash on delivery status are there in your order . But I pay before. U have to send money or top. Kindly request to you change the status for my order .thank you

I placed an order Order #[protected]placed on Oct. 15, 2020, 1:04 p.m.), prepaid Rs.2641/- which was cancelled before being dispatched.
I placed another order Order #[protected]placed on Oct 15, 2020, 11:55p.m.), prepaid Rs.3415/- for which payment was deducted from my account but got a mail regarding issue at company's end in receiving the amount. I made another payment of Rs.3415/- the other day i.e 16th Oct 7:58AM. This time the transaction was successful.
but at my end the amount Rs.3415/- was deducted twice.

This makes a total payment of 2641 + 3415 = Rs. 6056/- which peachmode has to refund.
I raised a complaint about the refund on 19th Nov, for which I got a response on 20th Nov that refund is initiated and will be revieved at my end with 5-6 working days. I got no refund and I reminded them again on 2nd Dec. Again I got a mail from them that they are looking into the matter. But I haven't recieved the amount even till date.i.e 12th Dec.

Very bad experience from peachmode. Quality of product is very poor and did’nt returned it back saying that the product cannot be returned. I added too many items from peachmode in cart for buying, but after the first bad experience itself i Lost my trust and i will not buy again from peachmode.
The product which i received is not good and poor in quality, the size is also different. When i tried to return the item, it is showing that the item is not eligible for return. When the customer care executive called me for the confirmation of product, she told that return the product within 7days if needed to return. A customer trust is more vital for the survival of a company, by showing like this peachmode is breaking the trust of customers.

I don't get the money after refunding the product...peachmode it's. My warning please return my money otherwise, I take any action

Because of dislike of embroidery i returned the product .But still i didn't recieved my cash of that churidar material.

I recieved a wrong product and chasing them for refund for almost 20 days now. Everytime I reach them they are asking for 5 to 7 business days, after 7 days they are just closing my ticket. So much frustrated with their support. Please help me

Dont go for peachmode. Very bad experience. I had ordered one top from them on 25th sep which no action taken till 15th oct and i had to cancell the order after followup. The amount was shown as store credit. I placed one more order which was delivered yssterday but very bad quality not worth the amount...when i was trying for return they refused to take back saying it was purchased from store credits...wow...they are thinking the store credits are not because of my money? I have the recording of the customercare persons interaction...v bad and i will not recommend any one this peachmode...this is hopeless ...looters of money...even the left over crwdit of my money rs. 159/- they dont want to refund.[protected]

I had ordered a saree on peachmode but didn't like colour so I cancelled it but I had already paid it .my amount wasn't returned by company why?

I have ordered two bed sheet. Order no[protected] on saturday 29th august. The order has been delivered to wrong address without confirming the same from the person ordered the same.

I have ordered two items by order no.[protected]. Payment of rs. 1898 has been made on line. Though the delivery bag shows description of two items the bag was contain only one item and second item was missing in the bag.

Since the size of the item is not fitting to me i would request you to kindly initiate return order for the item receipt and the items which is not received by me and reverse the amount paid by me to the same account.
