Pedl Zoomcar — unable to end the trip of cycle no. 102273

Booked cycle no. 102273 at pedl station at nisarg akash society, pune and ended the trip within half and hr at around 6:30 pm.
It shows on my phone that the cycle has been locked but i am unable to end the trip, getting error message "timeout please retry".
Please look into this matter and end the trip as soon as possible so that i don't lose any more of my paytm balance.

Updated by Garima Bhatnagar I have used the cycle no 102273in Vishal Nagar, pimple Nilakh, pune on 31st Dec 2017 at 6pm for half n hr but when I am trying to end the trip getting error message like "Timeout, pleas try again".
Already RS.10 is deducted from my Paytm wallet but still trip is not ended. And currently showing trip cost RS 42. Yesterday also raised the complaint. Please resolve the issue on priority.
