People-Group / People Interactive India — Cancel debit/Standing Instruction Payment Rs 2560/- by People Interactive Pvt Ltd

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had taken shadi.com membership on 30.01.23 and payment was done to Shadi.com Mumbai by ICICI bank Credit Card (Last Four digit 4008) through People Interactive Pvt Ltd but on that time by clerical mistake Standing Introductions Selected.

So now i have received msg to debit Rs 2560/- on 30.04.23 from my ICICI Bank credit card on yesterday in my registered Mobile Number.

I am trying to resolve it yesterday by customer care of ICICI Bank but not resolved by bank .

Please Cancel debit/Standing Instruction Payment Rs 2560/- by People Interactive Pvt Ltd which will debit today i.e 30.04.23.

If debit it please refund in my credit card.
Please look into the matter and resolve my grievance.
