I bought a platinum plan for 1 year on the 16th of june as i wanted to find a bride. However after less than 2 weeks, they deleted my profile without any reason. I contacted the support (Which was very difficult as i am in mauritius and the toll number does not work) in delhi and they asked for my passport etc. I sent them by mail and also by watsapp. They said they would unblock it, but they didn't.
I later sent a mail to the care department, but they replied saying they can (T unblock my profile. They said i had other reasons than matrimony. Is this a joke?? Why the hell would i pay if i didn't want to find my ideal partner. I have in no way not respected the terms and conditions.
This is purely an abuse.in europe i could sue the company for such practices. Worse is that they didn't even refund my 1 year subscription.
I still want to find my ideal bride, so if they unlock my profile, i will be happy.
But if they can't, they should refund me fully.
I am very deceived by shaadi.com.
I have been reading over the net that many paid members had the same issue.
Please never use shaadi.com.. Or use it for free. When you buy a plan, they delete your profile for no reason.
And never send your passport proof (I did and they didnt do anything.. I think they stole my identity too.)
