Pepe Jeans India — complaining about my received product not pick up for return and refund | |||||
Hey my self polash. I am a regular customer on filpkart but this time the seller service and the courier logistic team very disappointed me. I request for my product to return and refund, and it is around 20days the courier service not updating anything about why they can't able to pick up my requested product yet, if i call the filpkart customer service they told me that it's not our fault and the courier partner have not been update anything yet., after that the flipkart service cancell my request and extend it day after day and end of that i face that problem again that no one come to pick my product.
