I am being charged 2.5% of cancellation fees... I haven't seen any eCommerce doing it.. I placed 4 products and cancelled it within 24hrs, even before they processed shipment.. I am charged a cancellation fees and upon that this order was placed via EMI, now since they have not reversed the entire amount.. I will be charged via banks as well... Pepperfry should pay me my refund without charging any cancellation fees and also should get penalized for such harrasment
