I had ordered an ergonomic chair of Green Soul from Pepperfry and received a faulty and defective product. I raised the issue and they sent engineers twice to check and confirm the issue. The visiting engineer confirmed it to be manufacturing defects to pepperfry and pepperfry informed me the same and asked to wait 15 days for replacement. They did nothing for 15 days, so I called again and then again I was given timeline of another 15 days. For total this fraud company kept me waiting for more than a month and told me eventually that product cannot be replaced as it is out of stock. I checked the item and it was available on pepperfry. Again they called me next day and this time they gave the lame excuse that the product has been stopped manufacturing. Again I checked the items and it was available in Flipkart, Amazon, Green Soul's own website, pepperfry.com and every website. These guys are just fooling me. Even the top-level officers are shamelessly lying and fooling customers. They are saying every nonsense thing to deny the replacement.
