[Resolved]  Pepperfry — order not delivered way past delivery date, no satisfactory rescheduling done

Scheduled delivery : 23- 27th january

There were no updates regarding delivery. So i called the consumer care on 26th and they said i will get a call on 27th. There were no calls or messages on 27th january.. So i called the customer care again and they said they will deliver on 28th, sundayor 29th, monday. I made myself available at home during the long weekend 26th-29th and there was no delivery.
They sent a message and delivery personnel called me on 30th tuesday and said they will deliver in 1 hour. I said i am at work and asked the personnel to deliver after 5pm which denied and abruptly cut the call. Customer care later called me and i scheduled my delivery and assembly to 4th feb, sunday, only i day i can be available at home. There were no calls or messages so i called them on 4th february and the customer care executive tells me they cannot deliver it today and they will deliver on monday or tuesday. I have already made myself available at home for scheduled delivery : 23rd -27th january, late delivery: 28th-29th january, and super late delivery : 4th february. That itself is too much i can do for a table delivery. Still no delivery and bad service from pepperfry.
