not responding to delivery status

Hi,
I want to complaint against this furniture online site "pepperfry". Its been a month i ordered a king sized bed, they delivered that in 15 days i. E. On 15th dec 2017, but the product was not complete only head support was there, no side and foot support was there. After that i requested for the replacement, since then there is no response from pepperfry and they are showing the false status of product being delivered successfully....

It's strange that pepperfry doesn't have a cancellation policy. I had placed an order or pepperfry for an incorrect product and realised immediately after placing it. It can be construed as human error, however pepperfry will just fleece you for it by refusing to entertain requests. incorrect shipping address

I placed an order for a shoe rack on pepperfry on 8th december. I added my address in hyderabad for the same.
My order was placed, and i was told it will be delivered between 19-22 dec. I was given a link for tracking the item, which i promptly checked everyday. Nowhere in the tracking does it reflect the shipping address of the item.

furniture assembly timeline violation

My order of king size bed with mattress have been delivered on sunday 10th dec 2017 at 1 pm and the assembly was promised to be done by 2.30 pm as per prior request however now the pepperfry team is denying on the same.

This company delivered defective piece, claiming that a proper qc has been done and taking more than 7 days to action on the complaint that was initiated at the time of assembly. They make the customers fool by assuring false commitments which they never care.
