[Resolved]  Pepperfry — return policy as per the company's policy

This is hopeless online site i have come across. They have there own policies for return. If you don’t like the product you have no option to return. Do not go for this site for shopping. Customer satisfaction is not at all the priority.

I brought products worth 7000/- which need not meet my requirements but when i contacted through customer care i was told that the products cannot be returned. I had no option but to retain it forcibly.

The management should look into it’s policies and customer satisfaction should be the priority otherwise pepperfry will loose its customers.
