Order #[protected], Product: AER King Bed 78x72x6 Inch Reversible Orthopaedic Memory and HR Foam Mattress by Springtek
We purchased this by expecting the Orthopedic mattress will be hard and useful for body pain relief. But after using the mattress for few weeks and we realize that, It is creating more body pain issues and then we stopped using it(we can say delivered product is either wrong or fake).
Few days back we got call for feedback from AER King Springtek and they were agree to return this product. But they suggested raise request via pepperfry customer care and we did the same.
We got below reply from pepperfry.

We are sorry to hear that the product you received is not as per your expectations. Pepperfry Easy Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.
As the product delivered is the same as mentioned on the website we would not be able to help you with the return/exchange for the same.
Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by gopalmpawar I know the return period is 7 days.
The executive from Mattress vendor (Springtek) asked me to start communication with peperfry for returning the product, as I am facing health issues with product.
From above matter I can easily say peperfry sale fake products and won't care about customers.
