Hi,
I have ordered an dining table on pepperfry on 7 Jun 2019. The last update was on 10-Jun-2019, that the order is received at the processing center. The product was supposed to be delivered by 23-July-2019. Since there was no update on the order, i called customer care few times to check the delivery status. The customer care just read the order status on the website.

Today when I called them and checked regarding the order.They informed it cannot be delivered on time and they dont even know when it would be delivered. There is no cancellation option available on the site.

Need to cancel the order as there would be a struggle post delivery if any issue encountered and need to reach the customer care.

    Hi, i just got the order received placed with order id[protected]fn1353171-s-pm3041 but per checking the chair base had bad scratches because of which we had returned it. After the fact that it was delayed in delivery, it’s not acceptable to provide me with damaged products. Please look into this as an urgent request to replace the order with a chair with a good condition as expected by us.

      I request everyone not to buy at pepperfry.com it is making fraud/deception by making fake offers. After purchase they are denying cashback and beware of fraud no cancellation policy. Plz…… don't buy anything from pepperfry.com 100 percent fake offers.

      I can track in my login but pepperfry says you have not logged in hence denying cashback i am attaching logged in track screenshot

      Kindly don't buy any stuff from pepperfry its fake fraud deceptive cashback offers

        Hi..It is very disappointing to state a complain against such a big name! I had ordered for a shoerack by mintwood in the month of june, for which the amount was paid..This product was to be delivered by the 1st of July...which as the IST arrived a couple of days later, totally Damaged!! On raising a complaint to the delivery partner, Mr.Sunil Singh agreed to take it back and replace it...It Is really disheartening to say that there is no communication from their end till now!!moreover I sm not able to put it across to s help desk!!Is there anything which can be done to acquire the product????

          I placed an order for a center table on 17/07/2019 (Yesterday) having order number :[protected], and by error added the wrong color of the same product in the cart. After making the payment i realized that i have ordered the incorrect color. I called the customer care and asked them to amend the color as the product is not yet dispatched. Customer care rep simply denied

          And refused my request.

          I understand they do not have a cancellation policy and it is just a matter of change of color. Please look into the issue. If they cannot accommodate small requests like this, then they should move out of online e-com business at all.

            I bought a chair from pepperfry.com from online portal. The order number is[protected].

            They delivered a damaged chair, that i did not receive and returned with the delivery guy.

            The delivery guy was saying that i should take the damaged product and they will send a carpenter to fix it. I did not agree to this and did not take the chair.

            Please note the price of chair was about 7000 rs.

            Since then i have been asking them to refund and i get same reply that in 24 hours they will get back.

              This is hopeless online site i have come across. They have there own policies for return. If you don’t like the product you have no option to return. Do not go for this site for shopping. Customer satisfaction is not at all the priority.

              I brought products worth 7000/- which need not meet my requirements but when i contacted through customer care i was told that the products cannot be returned. I had no option but to retain...

              I have been continuously requesting pepperfry to cancel a order of 33000 as that the worst nightmare.But the customer service os so pathetic not evn responding except a sorry that is i am telling to cancel but they are not listening such a cheap site. Please tell them to refund.They can't force a customer to buy products without consent and before any delivery itself i have been continuously requesting for cancellations.Pepperfry is such a fraud company

              A fake call from Mr. Sandeep from CEO office told me that he will be cancelling the order and full refund will be given to me but from morning i am getting message that it will be delivered at your place shortly . Is it kind of joke or harassment isnt CEO office track how to do a job or CEO is also part of this game.I want to know the mail and commitment made in the call status.
              Pepperfry team just gave a mail but after that i have replied to refund the money and contact me but no response. Infant the customer service called and informed that they will deliver at the earliest. What kind of forcing service ia this when i have cancelled my order you are deliberately sending it. Please don't blacklist your name. Have some ethics and do learn from eCommerce giants how gracefully they are doing their businesses. I need and immediate confirmation of my refund of 34000 which is a very big amount

                Order #[protected], Product: AER King Bed 78x72x6 Inch Reversible Orthopaedic Memory and HR Foam Mattress by Springtek

                We purchased this by expecting the Orthopedic mattress will be hard and useful for body pain relief. But after using the mattress for few weeks and we realize that, It is creating more body pain issues and then we stopped using it(we can say delivered product is either wrong or fake).

                Few days back we got call for feedback from AER King Springtek and they were agree to return this product. But they suggested raise request via pepperfry customer care and we did the same.

                We got below reply from pepperfry.

                We are sorry to hear that the product you received is not as per your expectations. Pepperfry Easy Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners.

                As the product delivered is the same as mentioned on the website we would not be able to help you with the return/exchange for the same.

                The executive from Mattress vendor (Springtek) asked me to start communication with peperfry for returning the product, as I am facing health issues with product.

                From above matter I can easily say peperfry sale fake products and won't care about customers.

                  I ordered a dining table & a matching bench from pepperfry order number :[protected].
                  Dining table was delivered but the dimensions were 2 inch bigger than what is advertised and does not meet my requirement, called customer case and the female on the call was so rude saying you have to live with this product because you ordered it, and lame reason saying they are rounded corners and they will measure 2inch bigger which is not advertised online.

                  Paying a premium and experiencing such service is not acceptable.

                    I placed an order for a bed cum laptop study table on 08/07/2019 (Yesterday), and when i saw the delivery date and i called the customer care and asked to cancel the order as the delivery date was 27/07/2019. As the delivery date was too far away and i need the material urgently, i tried to cancel the order with few minutes after placing the order. But as they did not have any cancel option in their app, i called the customer care and spoke to the executive where they informed me that i will not be able to cancel, return or get the material fast.
                    Please help me out from this miserable condition. And if i'm not getting the material by this week end please i want it to be cancelled, and want the refund.

                      1) the oriel woodchair (Id:[protected] i ordered came with a broken leg. And was taken back by the delivery executive the same day

                      2) the study table i ordered (Id no:[protected] had scratches all over it and the paint was heavily chipped. It didn't look like a new piece of furniture. The company refused to fix the problem existent in the study table.

                      3) the sofa cum bed (Id:[protected] came with a broken leg and completely unusable.

                      What i want is to return the substandard quality sofa set with a refund in my account however, i'm being forced to keep it citing company policies with the only option being refund in pepperfry account.

                      I had ordered on line 1 canvas organiser with Pepperfry . I requested a return of the item. Accordingly, it was picked up from my home. On 7 June I received confirmation from Pepperfry that money would be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.

                      No refund received till date despite reminders

                      We are a market place company and provide platform to multiple merchants to sell there products. As once the order is placed our merchant blocks that particular item exclusively for the buyers. As there is lot of cost involve we do not have a cancellation option available.

                        Hi,

                        I am a pepperfry customer for about 3 years and have bought a sofa set (Order#[protected] where i got a defective 2 seater piece. After raising complaint and following up for more than a month the case manager has agreed to refund but not replace. Hence, since i have bought a set, i will have to buy the same piece again at a higher price as the current price has increased. So, due to my mistake of buying the whole set from pepperfry, i have to shell out about 3k more for the same thing again or no fault of mine.

                          I purchased a few items on 21st june 2019, 22:03:27 ist from pepperfry.com and the company committed an expected delivery date of on or before 1st july 2019. Today is 6th of july 2019 and i still haven't received the order. I called them on 3rd july and raised my concerns regarding the pending item and i was provided a complaint no (Ph[protected] and an assurance that the company will check and expedite the process. Based on my call today, the company seems to have no idea or control on the process and no clue on how the delivery can be done. No one is able to give me any assurance or an assured date of delivery. I have invested too much time in this and i don't think any one at pepperfry can help me with my concern. I believe that the company doesn't treat customer complaints wisely. The customer service agents didn't pass on the call to managers... Number of issues that has made my experience terrible and given me a clarity that the consumer forum is the only way i can hope to get an answer from the company.

                            I have ordered a two-door wardrobe from pepperfry app. Then i realised that i don't need this product now, so i wanted to cancel the unshipped product. I called in customer service and asked them to cancel the product for me but they refused to cancel and told me that you have to accept this product.                               Ridiculous return policy. If the lamp is not matching the decor I should be able to return it. I have never seen an online store that does not accept returns. Even offline stores now accept returns if you don't like the product. Order no. is[protected]. If we had known about this ridiculous return policy, we would have never ordered from this site. Luckily I always use my credit card for making online purchases. If Pepperfry does not take back the lights then we will block the payment. If you have a negative return policy which is against the customer then a popup should be displayed warning the customer. Why don't you do it? Are you afraid that most of your customers will not order ???

                              Product received on 29.6.19 from pepper fry. But cupboard was with different dimensions so it was unable to assemble. Carpenter also raised the request with photos and so did I at pepper fry customer care through mail and verbal communication.                                 I ordered a chimney online from pepperfry. I found later that day that we have ordered the wrong product. I wanted to cancel or modify the product, but couldnt find any options online for this. On checking with pepperfry they tell me that there is no option to cancel or modify once the order is placed. I cannot think of another online shopping site that has such a policy. I also understand the product can be returned only if the product is damaged or incorrect. I cant even return it if i dont like the product.

                                I wonder how a unicorn like pepperfry can have such ridiculous policy.

                                What can i do to cancel or modify this order? At least can the company let me order an alternate product?

                                  Ordered a dining table from pepper fry. Where the images showed that it has chairs with it. When i realised that the order doesn't come along with the chairs. I called the customer care to cancel the product which was still not delivered to me. But got a reply that it cannot be done. So please don't go with pepperfry at any cost. They show images which doesn't be delivered. So don't even give a try ordering any of the items from pepperfry. I have attached the images how it shows in the order.

                                      Warranty claim for order no.[protected]
                                      I purchased a classic xxxl bean bag with beans in brown colour by style homez, on 10 sep 2018 with 12 months warranty.
                                      But the beans in bag is now not as good as in the beginning. The performance of the bean is not upto the mark now.
                                      So i request you to either replace it or repair it as it is under warranty period yet.
                                      Now your customer support i saying that warranty is only for bean bag not of beans, what does it means i have purchased the whole product from you and the whole product should be included in the warranty.
                                      I want my product to be replaced as soon as possible.

                                      Dear Mridul, the usage of the product is not covered under warranty conditions & shrinkage of the beans falls the same, hence we will not accept the return of the product as per our policy.
