Pepperfry — Wrong shipment tracking details, not delivered the product

Hi, this is archana. On 20/10/2021 i bought a product in pepperfry, my order id is[protected] and the item got shipped on 23 oct but they have given wrong courier tracking details[protected] and the item should be delivered by 30/10/2021 whereas till now i. E 22/11/2021 its not been delivered, its been a month since i purchased the product n till now i dont know thr whereabout of my item. I called pepperfry cc multiple times seeking help for accurate tracking details but they are manupulating by composing a mail that ur order will be delivered very soon.in pepperfry app they have given tracking link if we tap the link its taking me to the delhivery courier site where its giving me wrong tracking details. I called delhivery cc they r saying its not our mistake u should ask pepperfry as we are not responsible for such actions. Im really worried about my money as the item costs 4809/-i lost hope n mental peace thinking abt my lost money. They looted my hard earned money, pepperfry is a fraud. There is no way to cancel, i asked them for refund but they are escaping by giving me different reasons. They even have call duration only for certain limit after that the call will disconnect in mean while they wont do anything n again we have to call them n we have to start the same process again and again. Its a clearcut case of cheating by providing wrong tracking details. They took my money and they have not shipped my product.in both ways they cheated me. Pls do help, it really means alot
