We are using captioned product since 16 years, your dealer who used to deliver regularly before now looks he is not interested in delivering product as his response is not proper when we are calling them and most of the time they won't respond calls . All my attempts in reaching dealer, bottling unit head and customer care in vain. Request resolution. I received call on 21 June assuring that some one local office will attend to my grievance but no one has called me till now . Can some one from PepsiCo take this seriously, as I'm exhausted with the water cans .
Pls note till now solution to my grievance, not expected this type of service from global company like PepsiCo. Pathetic response.
Till now my grievance is not addressed and struggling to get water can delivery from your dealer.
