Hi,

I would like to say that i and my 4yrs old kid is a big fan of lays potato chips but after yesterday looking at the pics which was clicked from a pack purchased by me from nearby market i would rather say now that i was a big fan but my kid is still unaware and raising query from yesterday evening ' why these few chips are in different looks from the other '? I have no ans to it, do you?

Next time i don't know whether i will be able to justify by ans to my kid for not buying the chips anymore for him.

I was aghast to see the price of nimbooz, when i purchased that from subway which is in mgf mall gurugram. That was really surprising for me when he asked me to give rs.70, which is easily available in market at rs.30.. Totally unfare and a big shock for me as i like nimbooz, you guys are just cheaters and making customers fool... Whereas this is totally against the government rule which says there should b a single mrp for a particular product
Never gonna use any product of pepsi now...

I'm making spot payment when they gave product
They are not giving regular supply when i ask for that they are giving rude answers and finally they are blaming me
Here in my town they are the worst in service and not only the distributor employees pepsi company also doing the worst

I 'm running a bakery named zashal at nedumangad in thiruvananthapuram, kerala. The most of the pepsi products (Soft drinks) has been expired. When i asked them to exchange it they negotiated to do it. They cheated me up to till date. Other companies replaced the expired and damaged products expect pepsico. So, i kindly request you to take action against the pepsico.

When i was just opening the pepsi mini can my 25% of nail were broken... And bleeding.. It was very painful for me.. Bit of my nail were enter the can whole.. It is second time i saw the same complaint from pepsi can. My family and me much interest about pepsi product.. But now we loosing the trust..
I am a manger of a super market but the nail injury is making very dissatisfication.

Sir we are from a govt. Firm under ministry of home affair, canteen 3rd ndrf battalion mundali cuttack, we were buying pepsi product from nagpur bevarage ltd cuttack from 2013 now from oct 2016 we have 152 600ml bottles of pepsi, dew, maza expired but the owner is refused to replace plz provide the necessary.

I am gourav singla owner of gourav trading company (SAP code111013) distributor of PEPSI in patran(147105) PUNJAB. I have cleared all dues of company and now company is not returning cheques as security i have deposited. pls look into this matter. and more thing I was holder of company from last four year and was completing all targets as per time but they took company back from me without giving any reason.Especially I purchased two vehicles for my work and was totally dedictated towards my work. its big loss for me as well as company.i request you to pls look into this matter. regards gourav singla [protected].

I brought a mountain dew of mrp ₹85. The shopkeeper asked for ₹90 and after i refused to give more ₹5 extra he refused to give the product... Nd said extra ₹5 is for cooling... Nd this was not the first time i was listening this... Most of the outstation sellers do so... Nd thank god ur customer service is so good that we can't get in touch instantly nd lodge a complaint. What is the procedure to file a complaint instantly so that this don't happen again with anyone else?

As we started the shop we have taken freez by keeping 3000 rupees as a deposit amount and now we closed the shop and we returned the freez about an month ago but we didn't received the deposited amount and i call at your ahemdabad office but they also dind't responded anything. So pleasesolve the my problem.

When he used bad words on that time another 8 peoples are there and they are also thinking about this mr. Amritpal singh.

I request you please you will take action against mr. Amritpal singh otherwise i will take another action.

Your distributor was not responding me so thats why i had to close cold drink business now a days i am making a day by day call to your distributer but they are not responding and not coming for pickkup the empty bottles, i have made lot of call from last 3 months to the your distributor and area manager name kuldeep singh panwar but they are not coming to pickup the empty bottles and carrets please do the needfull

It is being sold over MRP at 12 per bottle in kolkata where MRP is 10. Is company blind to this. Why are retailers selling a product with MRP 10 at 12. Despite informing them they do not budge and want 12 only instead of 10. They openly say starting from its cooling charges to I will sell at this rate only i[censored] do not like it do not take it or complain where u have to. The company are in cahoots with the retailers?

Dear team, i am vijay azad from vaibhav comm. Hansi chowk, karnal. I got a refigeraor from varun enterprises. They commit us to give a new refigirator but they gave us a old one and in bad condition. Its creat so much loud. And the door gyp. Does not closed properly so leaked the colling. We complaint many time to area manager. They could not help. So please change our refigerator or give our security cheque back and take yours refigerator.

We have one pepsi freezer. Using for 4 years but now not working. We are doing restuarent. So very urgent for repaire. So you please come as soon as possible. We want sore in pepsi becuase customer all ways needs to chilled pepsi, other ways not cooling pepsi drank customer thats feed back very bad. I have bought lays potato chips packet (Spanish tomato tango) on 3rd may 2017. When i opened it, i have found some solid material (It was quite big and very hard). I don't know what it was. It was really unhygienic. Then immediately i threw the whole packet. I really didn't expect such unhygienic products of lays brand. Please take immediate action against it.

I have visited PepsiCo retailer, fellow charges Rs 3 extra for small Rs 15 bottle and Rs.5 for larges bottles!!

On enquiring about extra charges, it's was for "Cooling charges"
I m surprised to experience these kind of PepsiCo retailer, just being in the heart of city Belgaum!!

They charged me 7up for 40₹ its actual rate 34₹. 6₹ extra on mrp. I asked him & the reason he said, suppliers told him to sale extra rate for all cool drinks. Shop name royal juice point in thandalam, chennai-bangalore highway. Near by electrical sop address no.55, thandalam, chennai-bangalore highway. Oppsite to green apple & royal bakery. Please do the needful. Save over money please please please.

As the cost of one water bottle is rs.20 where as the aquafina is manufacturing the product with higher cost (Rs.50). As the government approved that the bottles of water should be only rs.20. The below pictures are the evidence of selling water bottle at higher cost. The bill and the water bottle with batch number and cost printed. As i questioned the hotel management they made me compromise regarding this issue as the product has the same cost (Rs.50) so i couldn't question back. That was the reason i made a complaint
