Nd this was not the first time i was listening this... Most of the outstation sellers do so... Nd thank god ur customer service is so good that we can't get in touch instantly nd lodge a complaint. What is the procedure to file a complaint instantly so that this don't happen again with anyone else?

Also He Has Not Enough Information About there Product & Schemes. He Come to me and take order of cold Drinks but At the time of delivery cold drinks and the benefit of scheme was not as per order . It is being sold over MRP at 12 per bottle in kolkata where MRP is 10. Is company blind to this. Why are retailers selling a product with MRP 10 at 12. Despite informing them they do not budge and want 12 only instead of 10. On enquiring about extra charges, it's was for "Cooling charges"

As the cost of one water bottle is rs.20 where as the aquafina is manufacturing the product with higher cost (Rs.50). As the government approved that the bottles of water should be only rs.20. The below pictures are the evidence of selling water bottle at higher cost. The bill and the water bottle with batch number and cost printed. As i questioned the hotel management they made me compromise regarding this issue as the product has the same cost (Rs.50) so i couldn't question back. That was the reason i made a complaint

The reason they say is that we are keeping and selling milk packets along with Pepsico products in the refrigirator (cooler).
