Myself Ashu residing in SBI colony, Jalgaon.We were travelling towards Ajanta caves veiw point, in between we made a holt of half an hour, near a hotel named PREM SAGAR.Being tired from travelling, we were feeling very thirsty, when we bought a Pepsi and drunk it, we were having a different taste from the original taste of Pepsi.And it was not sealed and was having different covering from back too.I request you to handle the situation properlt, so we can get original Pepsi.Exact location is turning point for valley view-right side corner hotel PREM SAGAR on JALGAON-AURANGABAD ROAD.ashu.[protected]@gmail.com

I am a regular customer of pepsico from last 15 years. My retail counter in Dehradun, India on main Rajpur road (City heart). I fully disagree from your side (your distibutor of this area SAN BEVERAGES PVT. LTD.) and your Marketing Executive mr. Manoj, Sales man Mr. Kamal). In which Mr. Manoj didn't gave the scheme and take full advantage of that. Distributor service is not so very good and satisfactory. They give the scheme to such a guy who started their business of cold drinks from last 06 MONTHS & they give him the full advantage. They give him Fridge, Pepsi Stand, pepsi hanging stand and other asso. When I ask for the FRIDGE, PEPSI STAND AND ALL THAT they said KAL LE LENA, DE DENGE, COMPANY KUCH NAHI DETI. They take my ID, Photographs so many times for fridge, but they don't. My business is suffering from these types activities. please take necessary steps, this is my second complaint to you as no response of FIRST COMPLAINT.

I am vendor having my shop since last 20years and recently there is no proper response, supply or and form of news from Fritolay distributor for any and all your products.

My shop is bank opposite the Grant Road (W) Station and there is a huge demand for your products. Over the years we have also promote Fritolays over various other products. Please could you take this as a complaint and act immediately. Thank You

Our Organisation is a regular user of Aquafina Packaged Drinking Water (Mfg By PEPSICO)for last four years.We have lodged complain for 3-4 months before their consumer cell & Corporate Communication that, the water is having a very strong bad smell & taste and they are continuously selling us the stock of March'2009 till date.We have asked them to send their representative to intervene the matter, but all in vain.They are not responding to our phone call as well as they don't bother to contact their valued customers querry.We think that, this world reputation Organisation will get a very bad name in coming years.We have requested our Administration Deptt to discontinue the services of Aquafina Packaged Drinking Water and requested for KINLEY Drinking Water(Mfg by Coca Cola).Sorry for the poor, detiorate service rendered by such a World Reputed Organisation.Very bad taste and unhygeinic water served by PEPSICO.No one to listen us.Please help us.Please communicate our complain to M/s.PEPSICO India Authorities.

sir, i'm running my shop name as m/s GALORE, at naka hindola, aishbagh road, lucknow . (u.p.). my counter is purely pepsi counter(gold club member). in the month of 16jan, 2010 i accomplished my scheme in which your distributor m/s shukla sales had despatched all expired items like 3 cases of 2lt, 8 cases of 600ml, & 1 case of slice 1.25lt. after complaining to your psr he adjusted 8 cases of 600ml but still i've expired goods like 3 cases of 2lt & 4 pets of 1.25 lt of slice and second complaint is i get a call from your call center in which your executive was informing me about my score and redeemed of points through my CE Mr. R K Bijlani & PSR Mr. Amit verma. but the problem is your ce and psr dont have a time to look this matter. so please go through this matter i will be grateful to you. reply soon . waiting for your positive response. thanks & regards. gurmeet singh saluja ( m- [protected])

I have bought a new bottle of pepsi, when i opened it there was no gas inside, it was tasteless and seems to be expired. when i went to the shopkeeper he refused to exchange the bottle.
i tried to call on the pepsi customer care but did not get any response from there.
kindly look into my problem this is the second time im facing this problem.

Pepsi — Hisale of cooldrinks

A shop name "HOTEL BANU", at collector office, virudhunagar selling the cooling products at higher cost of Rs.5 than the original cost and also for some other products too. This is illegal and if we ask for the bill he says no to that. If you people really work, then the license of such shops should be canceled. Lets see the existing government work on this issue or not, this is not a small issue, asking Rs.5 from each person, think thousands of people visit at various shops and cheating such way is not good.So please take neccessary actions against the shop.

Pepsi — Extra Charges on company products in Dist. Barwani Madhya Pradesh

Pepsi — Pepsi drinks are sold more than MRP price

Pepsi drinks are sold for over value.

If the MRP is given as Rs.8, they were sold for Rs.10. If any one asks this store keepers suggesting like cooling chareg and Pepsi company people it self asking the Storekeepers to have Rs.2 buffer for cooling charge. Then what is the use of MRP?

I am a shop owner in BG-15, R.G.Complex. Paharganj, new delhi (Perry). I am selling PEPSI products from many years. I have a FRIDGE provided by PEPSI but as it's many years now, it's performance has dropped considerably and the cooling power has decreased. i have made many complaints to the executives and the pepsi staff who come to deliver the products but of no use. It's the peak season and I am loosing money due to this. It's been almost more than a month now I have been complaining regularly but no one seems to be concerned about my issue. If any one from PEPSI reads this forum, pls. look into the issue ASAP and get either the fridge replaced or send some technician to repair it atleast.

As the issue is not more than a month old and i am loosing business day by day, if my issue is not resolved ASAP I will be compelled to go further...

Unjustified price charged by the retailers of dibrugarh university market for Pepsi and other beverages. It creates dissatisfaction among us as a student of this university. I purchased a bottle of Mirinda (500ml.) which price is Rs. 29 only. But the retailers charged 35 Rs. Please take proper action against it.

Hi this is the second time i am placing a complaint and i am really upset about this complaint method and i really doubt if there is any one who is looking at the complaints, i am residing at mulund and yesterday i purchased a Pepsi 200 ml bottle and to my surprice i found a Gutkha Packet in the bottle, i still have the bottle with me which is not opened and if i dont find any action which is taken against this case i am going to bring this entire matter to police as well as media,

It's not the retailers, most are Distributors and keep in mind Coke don't have Distributors they have direct selling now its all Corruption even in private sectors... Pepsi distributors give most worthy schemes to particular retailers and collect some money back from them, Coke Area managers do the same now you know 95% of small retailers don't know electricity cost, inflation, interest rate for product holding etc... if you retailer you will get a 7 up 200 ML for 9.08 to sell for 10 RS and pepsi distributors advise them to sell for 12 RS from this month pepsi 200 ml 12 Rs mrp official then distributors will adjust price accordingly, that's why most small shops don't want to on the fridges,

I would like to draw the attention of Area Sales Manager - Pepsico, that each SKU is been sold at the price higher that the MRP in Nagpur. A Rs 23/- soft drink bottle is sold at Rs 25/- by shopkeepers saying that "company tell us to charge more".
This is a serious concern for the company like Pepsico which is hampering its brand image by letting such price discrepancies to happen. Moreover, people have stopped buying Pepsico drinks in my locality at Nagpur.

Pepsi at 8 is never true here. The shops here in bangalore are sellng it for 12 rupees. On questioning it is said that the supply is like that only. Unpredictable and non worthy replies. Do u have any sugesstion here?

Pepsi Co — Cap of the Cool drinks are rusted

When i went to the shop keeper and asked for the bottle of pepsi, what i found that the cap of the drink was rusted from every where.
What type of material they are using with the drinks which is very familiar with human body and anybody will get the home of disease inside his or her body after drinking that.
In addition all the drinks Slice,Pepsi,mangola etc all was rusted.

i have pan shop. i am sold only pepsi product for last 10 yrs.. for last 3months i was regurally said to distributor to change the replacement products. but the distributor doesn`t give a response and also he said to forfeited the refrigerator given by company... ... i am so disappointed with the company. please solve my problem as soon as possible... Before I proceed to give any information, I would like to know whether it is an authentic mail or a fraud/spam/phishing mail, aimed at making money and committing Identity Theft.

I received this same email today.. it is a scam. Same file number, same phone number same contact for Mr. Matt Peters etc... if it seems too good to be true, it probably is and originated from Nigeria.
Country Code 234 is out of Nigeria.

the pepsi bottling company, 27, garden close, stampford, lincs, peq 2yp london, uk. this person also suggested me to send a 110.88pounds in the account of m/s.patil trading. the details of the account are as follows: account name:- m/s.patil trading, a/c.no.[protected], india.

there was one more name that was at the bottom of the email which is as follows, :
mr.cole anderson, the director of promotion pepsi cola lottery award, united kingdom.

i dont know whether these email id's belong to the company or they are just fake. i had also had a call to mr. mark davis on the phone he had given me in the mail which is written above. the person had a very huge mature voice, he was polite to speak, etc

i read all about scams bluffs happening on the net all the time. so i surf the net and i found about this matter also. kindly help me to tell whether the email id's, the telephone numbers are real or fake. even the names given here... are they real or bluffing. are they really working in your firm or fake.

1. The FONT size is extremely small...not readable

Its really shock when you forced to pay more than the MRP (Printed) price.
In my locality, theirs a small provisional store, when I normally go and buy small items and last evening when I asked for a Pepsico Soda, the price was Rs. 7/- and was charged Rs. 10/-. When I asked for the reason I was told by the shopkeeper that he got the same item from the distributor for Rs. 8/- and Rs. 2/- towards cooling charges. What's happening? This is really pathetic, I was very much shock when he said he paid 1/- more than the MRP price to the distributor. Moreover he was so headstrong that he said "Go and Complaint to anyone you want to" Now I would like to know.. to whome should we complaint. from this incident I understand that if I or we want to leave in this country, then we have to be ready to follow the way its going.
