Pepsico India — Empty cans in the pack of 24 pepsi cans

Dear Sir/Ma'am, We purchased some packs of pepsi cans containing 24 cans on dated 22nd June' 2015 from the vendor-M/s Krishna Store, Whole sale and Retailers, Trunk Market, Sabzi Mandi, Gurgaon. Two cans were found empty, and when it was informed to the distributor, they said to contact at the company. The details of the cans are as:- Ist can-Batch no.-0938B14D15, dated-14.04.15, Time-12:49, Second can, -Batch no-0938B13K14, Dated-13.11.14, Time-03:13 This is not acceptable as these type of things are creating bad name for your company.
