Pepsico India — Return of Products expiry

We are a retail grocery and general store running near Uttam Nagar for last 2 1/2 months. We purchased The all beverages of Pepsi from one local suppliers. The products had expiry of April, they supplied it with an assurance that it will be returned near expiry date but now when some of it are expired and rest are near expiration they refused to take up our concern saying that Pepsi Co. has no expiry return policy. With such arbitrary policy of multinational company, how can a retailer stand in the market with no remedy of their loss
