Few days ago I bought uncle chips worth rupees 5, but i got a bag of chips which contain only one piece of chips, and of course i have not opened it yet because it is clear by shaking the chips bag, that it is empty. Also I don't want any allegations that it is a fake complain. So when pepsico will ask me for proof, I will open it in live video. And yes this packet is completely sealed. There is no way someone have opened it, ate all chips and resealed it. So i kindly request you to refund me, according to consumer complain rights.

      Return of Products expiry

      Address: Om grocery and general store, plot no. 3/4, sainik enclave, Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar

      We are a retail grocery and general store running near Uttam Nagar for last 2 1/2 months. We purchased The all beverages of Pepsi from one local suppliers. The products had expiry of April, they supplied it with an assurance that it will be returned near expiry date but now when some of it are expired and rest are near expiration they refused to take up our concern saying that Pepsi Co. has no expiry return policy. With such arbitrary policy...

      I bought 5 packets of kurkure chips. But when I opened them, I found that more than 50% of the packet was empty. I request the company to answer that do I pay for the food or the gas that you fill in?

        Hi Team,

        I run a shop in south Delhi's defence colony.
        I am a regular buyer of PepsiCo.

        But the representative that supplies me the lot is totally corrupt and cheat.

        Gives me fake bill, gives me less bottles and charges me more even after catching him multiple times.

          The incident happened today evening.. I bought a bottle of slice (600ml) from a shop near my house. As soon as I saw the bottle at home, there was a difference in the juice's colour.. It was a dark colour.. Normal colour should not come like this. Later when we drank it it was a bitter taste.. we also got stomach ailment.. I had a very bad experience.. I am attaching the photo of the bottle of slice which I got..

            We have applied for company fridge on 20 december'2022 paid advance amount in form of cash rs.6500 and given cheque of rs.20000. they have assured to give delivery of fridge within few days. they called us to collect the fridge from their location for which we have booked a rented vehicle and reached to the location where they have refused to give the fridge for which we have incurred the loss for visiting their location and then they refuse by saying that the cheque was bounced. today mr. alok sharma (executive) came to our place and was asking for comission for installing fridge for which we refused then he misbehaved and started abusing and returned our advance amount of rs.6500. however the cheque is still with them and when we contacted their senior mr. pathak for this issue. he started misbehaving and threating us instead of taking any action.

              I have been running the shop for two years but I bring the products from wholesale. Coldring is available in wholesale but, chips, kurkure, lays, help to get what is interesting.

                I am owner of Garg Daily Needs, Lohiya Nagar Balkeshwar Agra-282005. A sales representative by the name of Yatindra promised to install fridge in my shop after completing certain formalities which included depositing a cancelled cheque, depositing 100 Rs. by cheque and purchasing products worth Rs. 5200. He sold me the products 1 week ago without the invoice but after that he is not receiving calls. He promised to install the refrigerator the next day. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action and give suitable directions so that fridge can be installed in my shop as soon as possible.

                  We are from z a multistores based at suncity, bandlaguda jagir, hyderabad. We have been placing orders for supplies but not getting any supplies from pepsico. Of late it has been observed that invoices are based in our name at wholesale rates but delivered to retailers at retail price and the income is going into the pockets of mr. Mirza and mr. Naresh. This is purely unethical business practice. We have brought this to the notice of mr. Visakh c.E and mr. Sreejin asm but in vain.

                    Sir,
                    I bought a chips packet named uncle chips on 17 feb 2023 of ₹10 (24g). However, I opened the package got only 1 chips instead of 24g.
                    It is hereby submitted that I am running a shop and the said packate is opened by consumer.
                    It is pertinent to mentioned that such incident not only defame your compant but also my shop day by day.
                    Therefore it is requested that necessary action may be taken at your end. Due to this I have to pay ₹ 1000 to coustumer as penalty . A photographes of said item is attached with this mail.

                        I am running one of cafe panachamood Kerala parassala regin India your company executive Renjith too much attitude for ordering your product till now also he was not coming to ordered your product. Routine this problem was happen all shop members are same complaint told . He was following only mobile. Ask for ordering . But his talking tone was too much irritating for more then time . I thing That executive was working past some years same as into his native place that was too much speak I think .                             I have ordered 3boxes of 10rs lays 2ASCO & 1Puffcorn but all three boxes having manufactured issue like air leakage/single piece packing, same thing discussed with lays spoke but they denied for replacement & said that this is company issue & i have no rights for replcaement so please help for same to clsim for these boxes.

                                I found a bad thing in uncle chips
                                It was like a masala the size was like 5-6 cm
                                It smelled bad

                                  I have been eating Kurkure for more than 10 years.
                                  I know my complaint doesn't make a scratch to this company but since my emotions are attached with Kurkure so I must complain.

                                  Kurkure's taste has changed. It tastes almost like Tedhe Medhe. Infact, the latter tastes better nowadays. I have shifted to Tedhe Medhe after 10 years of constantly eating Kurkure. many people will shift, i know.
