[Resolved]  Pepsico India — Shop Refrigerator Complaint.

This is Mr Anil Gawade from Khernagar Bandra East, running a Licensed Fast Food Center named "Sanmitra Upahaar Kendra" since last 30 years.
We have one Single Case Refrigerator supplied by Pepsi ( Case No A[protected] to increase Cold Drinks business. But the said Refrigerator is gone faulty & Company's authorised repairer replied & reported ahead that it's beyond repair.
Due to space crunch in Shop, it is not possible to keep it idle into Shop, so I asked your Distributer, Mr Rajput, to lift the fridge & vacate the space.
But he never turned up & replied us to sell it out in bhangar. Then we called to your Customer Support Center a number of times, but there too, we got nothing but only the false promises. Refrigerator being your property, we were waiting till now for some action from your side. But due to space issues in Shop, we would not be able to hold for a long and I have to dump it outside of my Shop premises to accommodate another Company Fridge on Monopolistic agreement.
Thereafter we will not be responsible for any loss of your property and no claim would be accepted in respect of your Refrigerator.
Hence, once for last, i am requesting you to acknowledge & arrange within 2 days of receipt of this message, to either replace your Fridge with another same capacity or lift it out permanently.
