Dear Sir,

Hello! Myself Deepesh jain from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Yesterday i purchased a lays packet from a shop Named Rajasthan Provisions, Select theatre Chennai, Tamil Nadu which was near to my house. When i opened the packet in the middle of the chips we found some black small stones inside the lays packet and unfortunately i ate it & it got struck to my teeth after that i need to thrown the packet in the dustbin. Even i have a pictures to show you the black small stones in lays packet.Check attachment file for reference. I was very disappointed the way you packed the chips to your valuable customers without checking or filtering. Please reply to this matter.

I have purchased Pepsi, It tastes very bad, I have a sample of it. Now its taste was very bad like it got rottened or something and was kind of creating problem in stomach.

Dear Team

I have had this issue over and over with Lays and packets o[censored]ncle Chips. They are full of burnt and bad tasting pieces.
I have personally worked on production lines of Walkers Crisps in Leicester, UK.
And I know how burnt crips are shot out of production lines by small bursts of air.
I fail to understand why there are not same standards in India. Sub standard produce brings down the brand value of a company.
Please introduce some standards into India aswell.

Hi team,

I found a Spoiled chips inside the packet of lays and tastes ugly. Felt like Vomit. I was worried how about if my old parents have the same it was really bad feeling. Without watching chips people like me directly put it in mouth. It will spoil badly. The regretting eating such food.

This is not fair as customers like us won't expect this kind of negligence from such big company..

I request production team to work hygiene, it really impact on people

We have shop, , the distributor which provid us kurkure and chips called prakash brother, their old sales man left their job, and its been months, that they have not sended new sales men, we even go through their office but not action taken by them no salesman is sended by them and their suporvisor missbehave something, he says "your salesman is not commong its your problum not our, etc "

Manufacturing date is not proper. Whether it is healthy product or not. I really sad on seeing this info.
