[Resolved]  Pepsico India — tropicana juice - inside seal broken

I bought a tropicana 1ltr 100% juice in panjim goa, and the seal inside the pack is broken. The cap is sealed properly. After returning the juice back to the store i saw 2 more tropicana packs to have the same issue. I was forced to buy it because the store wouldn't take it back anymore and claimed that this is how all the juices are.

I find it hard to believe that. What do you have to say about this?

PepsiCo India Customer Care's response Hi Shalabh Kumar, Please note that we have recently changed the closure of Tropicana Tetra packs to a new one which does not have the ring pull as earlier. The cutter inside the closure breaks the seal of the pack when the cap is unscrewed. This is printed on the pack as NEW ONE-TWIST CAP.

No even today[protected] I bought tropicana 100% juice inner 3 packs in greater noida and I found all the inner seals was broken but cap was properly sealed.

Man, i had the same issue untill i saw the cap had some sort of teeth and it breaks the seal when we unscrew it the first time.. good job pepsico

How it can be ? When we unscrew the cap. It comes up against.

Last two times I bought Tropiacna Pinnepple the cap was ok but the cap sticking with the box came off. Attached picture.
