Sir I bought a lays American style cream & onion flavour potato chips of ₹ 5 I found a brownish hard substance in it I was just about to eat it but I saw it . I am very disappointed with your service and pls look after this serious issue.

    This is to bring in your kind attention that i purchased a packet o[censored]ncle chips today. (20 rs. Packet, green one)
    Pictures are attached herewith.
    I could not even help myself from sending it across to you so that necessary action be taken asap. And sharing it with other regulatory bodies.
    What i found was literally shocking. I could not believe my eyes at. First found the taste of the chips quite odd and i had the feeling of chewing something rubbery/chewing gum.
    After 3-4 chips, what i found was that a green substance was there on 1 chip. Its looking kind of rubber. I can not find the word what is it in actual.
    It's too hard to imagine for me its a pepsico brand. I think the first-ever thing like this happened in life. Matter of shame. Such quality standards. I do not even know how dangerous could it have been to eat that particular piece. I still have that complete packet with me for you to get it checked out in case you need the same.
    Sorry to say but its a disgrace. This is not done. I am still struggling to find an apt word for the case. Should i use rotten, infected, substandard, expired, bad? What should i use, its the worst case!
    I am also attaching the relevant details in the images below.

    Please do the needful asap and keep me posted.

      This complaint is in regards with the stock which the distributor is not fullfilling.
      Hence we have already given order 10 days earlier to our seasonal business and they are not even responding to our calls. Hence request you to please do the needful asap.

      I have tried myltiple times to contact on the mentioned toll free number but bad luck.

          This is to inform you, i am the owner of sai guru restaurant located in patel nagar, new delhi. I am running this restaurant from 10 years and i am using only pepsi brand since from so long, we bought some stock of pepsi from local supplier of pepsi. When we served some bottle to our restaurant customer. They found more than one bottle have some kind of dirt inside. Then we checked all bottle than we also found one sealed bottle and that bottle have dirt inside. That customer shouting on us very badly. And all bill of that customer also bear by me. This is second time that we found some dirt in pepsi bottle. I informed all situation to the local supplier he said please make complaint to pepsi company. So please look into this matter very seriously and take some action other wise i appeal this matter to consumer court and please
          You compensate the loss that i bear under this matter.

                  Sadly this is to inform you, i am an owner of sarnath cafe restaurant located in sarnath varanasi (Tourist place). I am running this restaurant since from 20 years and i am using only pepsi bran since from so long, and your company has provided pepsi refrigerator. It is not working since from 6 months after service hardly it works for 10 days in a month again same issue comes. The pepsi dealers do not care and neglects after being complained so many times. Neither the sales man he never come to see since from 20 yrs.
                  This refrigirator has become old and rusted, so kindly provide new refrigirator, i am using only pepsi bran. So kindly pay attention for same. As i am in tourist place and selling your bran. Kindly pay attention anc provide us a new refrigerator asap.
                  Otherwise i have to keep another bran.

                    Shopkeeper in my area is collecting extra 5/- than mrp for slice drink. I am a regular customer but this was surprising that he is looting people with extra 5/- on every produxt which is kept in freezer. All the company when showing add say that customer should not pay more than mrp although they are kept in freezers as cooling charges are included in the mrp. Infact most of the shops do take extra in my area, just imagine this level of fraud and we residential people are suffering from this.
                    Please do visit as a normal customer and dine or warn them ahead that is my utter request. Its complete fraud, really it has become hell to buy cold drinks. Really ashamed and hoping to take action as soon as possible.

                        We bought a lays packet today. On opening it we found there were literally 2 pieces in it. This is a serious case of fraud. Are they charging for 98% air. They are cheating the customers by filling in air in the packet. Such cases should need immediate escalation and reporting to the higher management. Is this a pepsico strategy. They will only demean their position in the market if they indulge in such kind of fradulent activities. We will never buy the product from today onwards and will pass on the message to all near and dear ones

                            Hello, it’s amit from m. B traders rudrapur uttarakhand. I have been connected with pepsi since 2014 and i sell only pepsi products ignoring the customer demand of coca cola but not anymore i am able to sell peosi products because of behaviour of your field persons. It is a incident of today which i am sharing with you, three people of pepsi company visited my store today and behaviour of those people is not tolerable at all they use abusive language as well i know the name of one of them (Vineet) i dont even know the name of rest of those two people..
                            So from today onwards i dont want to take service from you i will switch to coca cola so its my humble request to take your refrigerator back from my store along with all those empty crates.

                              We couldn’t find anything worthy of our time since that pepsico refrigerator has been broken down and it’s product are going to half waste or been drank by our staff, it’s our second and last time that we’re submitting this complaint after we’re long done with calling customer care or ask the valet. Kindly let us know any update about it as soon as possible else we’d be left with no other option but to stop the trading from pepsico and sue them for our loses.

                                Being a regular customer for many products from pepsico india.. I was very disappointed this time on buying couple of packets of lays bearing b. No n2130819, it was actually filled only with air and no chips inside. I was left with no choice to buy anything else. There have always been speculation about how your packet of chips are filled with air mostly and very little chips. But this is the worst that can happen. You have totally disappointed me and i would not recommend your company to any purchase in future. I would like to lodge a complaint under the food and drink - consumer court forum as well.
                                I would also ask them to do an enquiry on the quantity of chips available in each packet, which varies as per consumers complaints.

                                  We, hotel apsara pvt ltd, jeypore, koraput, odisha are a long time partners with pepsi, we order your carbonated colas, sodas and bottled water on a daily basis for our restaurant and two bars attached to the property. We have been receiving complaints for quite sometime from our guests about the quality of the cola and your soda. Sometimes we receive stocks which are past the best by dates. We solved the same at the local level, mind you the distributor - nakoda traders, jeypore, local pepsi personnel were of negligible help. Now coming to the present case - on the 31st of august, 2019 a guest had ordered a bottle of 750 ml bottle of pepsi, he wanted a sealed bottle and opened the bottle himself and poured the beverage into the glass tumbler he drank water from - we mean it was clean & found debris floating in the glass and at the bottom of the bottle. The dealer was of no help and your personnel from the local office heave categorically said, that pepsi's responsibility ceases the moment a consumer unscrews the bottle.- we were shocked beyond belief - is this the pepsi culture that madam nooyi advocated to take pepsi to global heights?. They did not even bother to visit and examine the bottle or the nature of the complaint, over the phone with our colleague the matter was settled in as many words. We are immensely pained and upset at such callous attitude to say the least. We do not trust you will sort this out, just wanted to bring to your notice the deplorable standards and norms adopted by pepsi to treat its long term partners / customers.

                                    We were provided with the refrigerator by pepsi after a certain amount of trade as per in the policy but from last 5 months that refrigerator has broke down already and the products as going obsolete or barely they get manage to be ready to be seen or sold to the consumers, we’ve been filing the complaints and calling on the customer care number since the day it stopped working, as per the policy it is supposed to be managed by them as well else we can sue.                                       Hi.

                                      I found a teem soda glass bottle was containing a plastic seal inside the bottle in bar & restaurant situated in quepem goa. I was checking the bottle for temperature, but i noticed a plastic seal inside the sealed bottle, but we can see the complete negligence by the company how the bottle washing process works.
                                      It is very hard to believe that such a big object was inside the bottle and no one noticed it, this shows the standard maintained and procedure followed is totally below par.

                                      I am forwarding you to compensate me.

                                        I had buy some stock from agency (Local supplier of pepsi). After that i found insects and debris in one glass bottle. I informed all situation to the local supplier but he didn't respond or give a good reply. Staff behaviour is very poor and said to me wherever you go and complaint this is not my headache. Please take necessary action anyway i appeal to court.
