I am running a departmental store named your own shop. From the last 1-month, i want to place an order but the distributor is not responding properly. I make calls for lays stock. Moreover, i have to chase and follow up 10-20 times every day. Firstly, salesperson hardly picks my call. Secondly, he always talks to me in an inappropriate way and misbehaves too. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from your employer is not acceptable. Furthermore, distributor mr. Ravi jain abused his dominant position by not providing me a stock and he said (Mein maal nai dunga jo karna hai karlo aur mein order bhi nai lunga) he has no right to talk to me like this and this is the way you trained your employees. I have a recording the way he talks to me. If i want i can post it on social media that will affect your company. I have many other ways but at the end, it will hamper your company's image only that right now i really don't want to do because i am waiting for your strict action against this distributor. Wanted to know the reason why he will not take the order? I am your customer and i think your company producing a product for consumer only. Its strange your salesperson doesn't want to supply your stock then for whom are you making products. Due to this, i lose the sale of lays every day and customer as well. I have never have seen such irresponsible behavior from such a big brand. To resolve the problem, i would appreciate if you could contact me as soon as possible or send salesperson who wants to supply the stock of lays. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. On this festive month i am very low in stock and want to order but don't know to whom because the current distributor is not interested in doing his job. I bought a 7up pack from a shop in Calicut, Kerala. The pack and content is fake. The shop sells fake product.
