My Bank has confirmed that oayment is through same they confirm from IXIGO bank.

As per IXIGO suggestion charge back was raised and IXIGO bank i form that payment was credited to IXIGO...

Book ticket

I have taken reservation in jammu rajdhani with the help of free railway warrant. Due to some reason i want to modify this ticket in same train.But on the ptkc counter he was telling that it can not me modified.can u help me it can be modified or not. My journry date is 6 july and modify in august with the help of validity certificate. Pls help me....

I am premal upadhyay your ticket window counter supervisior mr. h. r. vaghela and mr. rajan kumar and mr. chauhan was not given complaint book and he and mr. rajan kumar also missbehaiviour with me and my father and do not given proper reply for our query, they are given very poor hindi langauge misword... to me and my father didnt given consation pass from anand railway station... i have already total paper for pass and also verified...

WAITING LIST TRAIN TICKET HOLDER

SIR i travel before 15 days from surat to patna i got confirm ticket in tatkal quota but due to many waiting list passenger in our compartment we harassed heavily as, , waitlist passanger occupied our birth force fully, all toilet water finished due to 100 passanger in compartment, we complain to TTE and RPF they told we cannot do any thing as they all have wait list ticket and there......

Railway waiting list ticket
